What are the payment options?

We accept all major card including MasterCard, VISA and American Express. Direct bank transfer details available upon request

What is your return policy?

We offer change of mind full refund within 7 days of your purchase. Please note, you will need to cover return shipping cost and all products must be in same condition as supplied originally.

In the case of product defect, we can replace damaged goods free of charge - please reach out to us to arrange a replacement.

Can I pick up an order?

Yes, an order placed online may be collected from our office location when “Pickup” is selected. 

Our office is located in Darlinghurst, Sydney. 

Do you have a store that I can come into?

We currently do not have a store but you can come into our office location in Darlinghurst, Sydney to touch and feel our products. This is by appointment only. Please text or call 0424910588 to arrange an appointment.
